Large suburban home/mansion. It measures about 83 feet long by 36 deep, yielding roughly 5800 square feet. This is a style typically referred to as a 'McMansion'. These ugly things dot modern suburbia, first catching on in the 1980s and being built en masse from the 90s onward. Although the prototype for this model is an exception, McMansions typically lack any definitive architectural style and are often poorly-built, yet very expensive. Other typical features include false stone, brick or other facades and a 3-car garage. Normally, these would be placed in a development featuring 2 or 3 other similar-sized homes surrounded by little or no tree or shrub work in order to build a prototypical-looking scene. 520 polys, no LoD.
