When a train arrives at a section-ending station with an active 'Safeworking Officer' <kuid:368725:15000>, the driver must wait for the safeworking officer to collect the section staff before proceeding with any activity within station yard limits.
If there is no active safeworking officer at a location, then the staff transfer will occur directly between the staff queues in the loco and the relevant safeworking equipment.
The 'collected' option of this driver command should appear as the first command in an AI driver's schedule after coming to a stand within yard limits. The 'delivered' option of this driver command should appear as the last command in an AI driver's schedule before departure from a staff-section-station yard limits. It will arrest progress of the schedule until such time as the safeworking officer has collected or delivered the staff.
