This a model of a small fictitious industry based on Australian practices. It is a part of the Australian Industrial Estate Pack, a series of nine separate structures intended to provide an Australian 'feel' to any industrial area or simply used to provide an appropriate 'backdrop' for your trains. Despite it's size, this small industry is provided with a rail access siding to the railway goods shed that is part and parcel of and located to the rear of, the complex. Although 'nameless' (in as much as it does not utilise the Trainz 'name' function), the industry can be provided with an identity by attaching the especially created Australian Industrial Estate Sign <kuid2:75943:2025:1>, which can be reskinned to individual requirements.
