GP38-2 decorated for the fictonal Muncy Valley railroad. This is a reskin of a Dave Snow asset. It is decorated to appear as the unit was originally delivered in its original Union Pacific paint. Thanks to Dave Snow (davesnow) for use of his Union Pacific skin as a basis for this one. Also many thanks to him for the use/reskin of his model.
