GP38-2 decorated for the fictonal Muncy Valley railroad. This is a reskin of a Dave Snow asset. It is decorated to appear as the unit was originally delivered in its original CPRail paint. Thanks to Dave Akridge (davidakridge) for use of his CPRail skin as a basis for this one. Also many thanks to Dave Snow (davesnow) for the use/reskin of his model.
