This is a reskin of Ronin13's YdSwitch #3. The red and green colors of the original indicate that it is for mainline use, with green indicating that the switch is set for the main and red for a reversed route. In sidings and yards, yellow is used in place of red to avoid confusion with a mainline switchstand.
