Original model by Sparky123456, purple-roof repaint by 8686.

Features:
- Opening Doors
- Front and Rear Marker Lights
- Custom Numbering
- Custom destination signs using the 'destsigntable' rule and 'Change Destination Sign' driver command.

Version 2: Changed config to allow Bogeys to show in TRS2004.

Version 3:
Added
- Passengers to the interior
- Driver attachment to the cab
- Cameras inside and outside

Version 4:
Fixed alpha numbers not showing.
