Tender for new build BR P2 in Express Blue livery with BR Late Crest. Features blue wheels.

Repaint updated to fix an error where the crest would face the wrong way on the right side of the tender.

Thanks to PaulHobbs and Trainboi1 for their mesh library elements, many of which have been used in the model.
