Small, old, maintenance pit.
Has a small ramp and stairs to get into a gap below the tracks, probably used to dump oil or ash or do minor maintenance from underneath a train.

Note: Uses a dighole (which is also the reason it is a bit wider than the original it is modelled after), so can only turned in 4 directions.
