A reskin of Willem2's billboard. Original mesh created by Willem2 - Thanks Willem2 for allowing this reskin! Reskin by hiawathamr.
This is an authorised upload to the DLS.
This billboard features the Windows update unsupported hardware message that Micrsoft used to force people to upgrade to Windows 10 back in 2015. What it does, it disables updates for that processor, but there are work arounds to still get updates to download and install regardless if the message appears or not.
