The L&A started using this style of boxcar in 1920 anfer a German enginner came to work for the L&A. He convinced the company that 'streamlining' was becoming popular in Europe. The L&A trying to set itself apart from other rail lines of the time decided to adopt the streamline look.

L&A wagon-top boxcar,built in 1931 and has seen too much time north of the Mason Dixon line and is showing the effects of salt and ice.

This car has the flat doors, seaeon snow, Numberit, and CMTM.

The original creator of the boxcar is Whitepass. I would to thank him for both this beatutiful boxcar and the chance to reskin it and upload it to the DLS.
