When the Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford Railway finished building to Waterford in 1907, the name of the Railway Company was changed to the Dublin and South Eastern Railway and also introduced this Black Livery. The XXVII Class was built by Beyer, Peacock and Co in Manchester in 1905. The Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford Railway bought them to be the new Mail Trains to run between Dublin and the South East. This green livery lasted till 1906 when it was changed to Black. A Re-skin of Jayhollands NCC U2 Class, Jayholland has created many good models and I wish say thankyou as his models have played a huge part in the development of Irish Steam Content on Trainz, Thankyou.
