After the Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford Railway reached Waterford the name of the railway was changed to Dublin and South Eastern Railway. They also thought it was best to repaint their engines in a new black livery. This Tender is for Type XIX locomotives, built by Vulcan Foundry in Newton-le-Willows, 1895. A re-skin of Claude Hamilton's tender, Original model by pacificseven.
