One of the oldest small-town half-timbered houses in Rehna, Mecklenburg, and one of the most unusual half-timbered buildings in Northern Germany. The building dates from the second half of the 16th century. From the 17th century onwards the building was supplemented with additions. Once a hostel and blacksmith shop, the house is now used as a club house (including the Plattdütschen Verein to Rehna) and houses the city library
