Willamette Single Drum Steam Derrick log loader. 25' long raised loading base, place over 30 or 36 inch track, Use Multiple IND fixed track section under boom > for loading NG skeleton cars with logs. Scratch-built, semi-protoypical model, based on the Caspar Lumber Company Willamette Steam Donkey on display at Camp 20 adjacent to California highway 20 in Mendocino County, and on the On3 MRR Derrick log loader model by Hangman Dioramas. The available photos (no plans available) do not show the mechanical detail of the drum gear drives, and various details, so some license taken in fabricating certain mounts, brackets, connectors and other details
