Place this sign in front of a yellow house (HSSRails Bensenvillehse, GFishers or my Colonial models are good candidates) or a light brick building and you've got a professional office. Some of paulzmays Apartment Block or Office series or my Professional Office would also make good candidates. The prototype for this, located in Yardley, PA, featured three businesses in an expanded former residence (similar in design to GFishers Sears Dutch Colonial - Yellow house) with a detached ice cream and takeout shop in back.
