The Chicago & Northwestern Railway's shop-built step-top 5 chime whistles were ubiquitous amongst the majority of the road's steam locomotive classes. Locomotive 1385, a class R-1 4-6-0 built by ALCo Schnectady was one of many C&NW steam locos fitted with the 5 chime. This is the actual whistle and bell of 1385.
