A detailed and very weathered rail yard office that has seen better days done as a static scenery object. A diorama quality structure. Also useful as a construction site office. Chimney smoke particle effects will be turned off from March thru August and turned on for the rest of the months in Driver mode. Please note that the smoke will always be on in Surveyor mode if you turn Pause off. Uses high quality 2K textures. Height adjustable. Script courtesy of Paul Cass (pcas1986) Poly count = 62972
