Western Maryland's Williamsport, MD station, built sometime in the 19th century served trains coming from Hagerstown-Cumberland, MD. This station was downsized greatly sometime between 1917 and 1960. In the late 90s going up to 2005, the station could still be seen. CSX tore off the roof protection and the building fell down, caught fire, and was demolished the rest of the way until around 2005. Nothing but a gravel lot remains.
The model depicts the station as it would have been seen in the early-mid 70s.
