The first two S Wagons numbers 1 & 2 were built by the American Car & Foundry company in the U.S.A. and assembled at Newport workshops in 1925. The other 99 were converted from E wagons for wartime traffic between 1941 and 1942 and kept there original E numbers, E 1 was renumbered to S 203 as there was already an S 1. With a change in needs by the railways a large number were rebuilt back into E wagons between 1947-1949. In late 1978 these wagons where taken Off Register and placed into Storage, photos shows these wagons in North Geelong, Tottenham Yard, Williamstown Pier, East Yard (Melbourne) and Electric Crane Area (Spencer St).
This model represent numbers 50, 77 and 108 from 1976 with the metric lettering and dirty Wagon Red, Steps created by Zec.
