This physic is for the Portland Cement Company Fyansford Geelong T Class Locomotive that was built to 3ft6in gauge from 1956 and classed D1, entered service 17 September 1956, from July 1969 the Locomotive was bought by the Victorian Railways and numbered T 413 and put on the Broad Gauge at Newport Workshops, it's dynamic brake was put to good use on the Cudgewa Line which had allot of 1in30 grades and slow speed 8 chain radius curves, the locomotive was still in Service on main line freight with Vicrail and V/Line till early 2000's and was sold to 707 Ops.
