Tender Physic for the Victorian Railways 3 Axle Tenders.
This enginespec simulates having no air brakes and only a through brake pipe, only brake on the tender was Handbrake, independent brake has been setup to represent handbrake.
For DCC users: Only the tags Resistance, Max-accel, Max-decel and Max-speed is used as this e-spec is also setup for the tender to be used as dummy locomotive for the headlight going tender first and so it's mass doesn't register with the train mass as tenders are actually part of the locomotive.
Brake Pipe: 70psi Max.
