Delays the progress of a driver schedule until a user-selected junction changes its switch direction.
Instances of junctions for selection MUST be given localised names using Edit Properties in Surveyor.
The identity of the monitored junction is given by the tooltip that opens when the mosue is hovered over this command's icon in a driver scehdule.
