A water column of NSWGR with a canvas hose connected directly to the water column (no jib).
A jump animation of the canvas hose to either side (Track 1 or Track 2) indicates when water is being transferred to a locomotive tender or tank.
Engines under AI control can stay attached to consist while watering and hose displacement is adjusted automatically according whether the loco is a tender or (side) tank engine.
There are no fixed tracks. Instead the user must place a trackmark on each of the track splines that pass 6ft8in either side of the water column. Blue Surveyor-only wedges enable precise positioning and orientation of the trackmarks.
Given the localised name of the water column is 'myName', the trackmarks must be named <myName> + '-mark-1' and <myName> + '-mark-2'.
Trackmark <myName> + '-mark-1' is located over the blue wedge on Track 1, which is identified by a '1' diamond shape above the track. Trackmark <myName> + '-mark-2' is located over the blue wedge on Track 2. Either of these tracmmarks can be omitted if only a single track is to be serviced.
Adjust the trigger radii of the trackmarks to 6m.
