A mechanically-driven rotating disc indicator to inform whether a trap point is open or closed.
Designed for use in conjunction with (a) 'Protrack NSWGR' series with<kuid2:368725:49000:2> 'Protrack NSWGR Mesh Library', (b) an invisible mojunction asset such as <kuid2:44090:1007:1> Invisible Lever, (c) 'NSWGR Protrack rusty rail only, for LH/RH catch or trap point' <kuid2:368725:20061:1> <kuid2:368725:20060:1> and (d) 'point rodding,...,NSWGR' series starting with <kuid:368725:30062>.
The indicator is driven by a connection to a rod running parallel to the track. This rod operates the crank adjacent to the trap point.
The model can be used in 2 situations: 1) the rodding before the crank is pushing the indicator crank forwards away the lever frame and the non-derailing trap switch direction is left. 2) the rodding before the crank is pulling the indicator crank back towards the lever frame and the non-derailing trap switch direction is right.
Note that this asset cannot by itself switch the direction of a junction. An invisible switch lever must be added to the junction. An association between the invisible lever and the trap-point indicator is established through a naming convention. If the invisible lever is named 'HR_16', then the indicator must be named the same way with the suffix '_i' appended: 'HR_16_i'.
