CWR FLATCAR
Already loaded and read to go, just add to route and make a train as long as you want.

This is a remake of Auran's PRR FM Flatcar (kuid:-1:100017). It has new trucks(bogies) textures and additional load attachment points. This is used with my CWR loads.
