Westhaven tramcar number 4, open top bogey tram.

Components of the animated Trolley Pole, designed by andi06, may need a separate download from DLS, use open top trolley pole. See README for details.

Max speed 25mph - use maxpermittedspeed rule by Bloodnok.

This open top bogey tram was run in the early years of the Westhaven Tramway, but it along with several others in the fleet have survived into the modern era and can now be seen running alongside a large variety of trams still in its home town.
