A city dirt texture with bump mapping for Trainz T:ANE. Not seasonal. Will work in TRS2019 but may have terrain height issues and may not abut well with PBR textures. Both problems are typical with mixing T:ANE and PBR textures in TRS2019. I use smallest settings and rotate often.
