A manhole (or personhole?) cover 3 feet by 2 feet 3 inches. May be placed on roads, footpaths, driveways, etc. where access to underground services is required. (There is no need to add the underground services!) To avoid texture flashing, adjust height so that the top of the cover is slightly above the surface on which it is placed.
