A row of three cottages in grey brick for railway workers, based on a drawing by C K Adcock in 'Railway Modeller' November 1984. The original terrace was at East Norton on the GN & LNW joint line, but similar cottages could be found near many stations. This object has a high poly count (1471) compared with my usual 'background scenery' buildings and was made as an excercise in using GMax to make a fully detailed building. Foundations and steps below surface level enable this terrace to be used on sloping ground without unsightly gaps.
