A gatekeeper's cottage based on one on the LTSR made of overlapping wooden weatherboard. This colour scheme was in use in 1956, but it is believed that black paint was used previously on doors and window frames. This is an improved version of an earlier model made for TRS2004. Similar models have been made with other wall finishes: red brick, grey brick (matching my Cottages (railway) 01), rendered and stone. The building should be placed with the long side parallel to the tracks and the gable end with door facing the roadway.
