Created following a query from klambert on the forum regarding the sort of wall found where cut-and-cover operations have left a deep open shaft (as for example on the Widened Lines in London), and tailored to his requirements with a wide projection at the back. As the screenshot shows, it's preset to a notional medium height, but there's more to play with below baseboard level, should you need it.
