Scottish buildings Series Rural Buildings Pack 1 Farmhouse Rear Extension 1 Floor
IMPORTANT. You need to have the Mesh Library <kuid:252585:3197160> installed in order for this asset to appear in game.
An important feature of the Buildings Packs is that they allow some flexibility: although each set will contain just a few, often basic, buildings, there will also be added extras so that you can have variations.
In this case it's a rear extension for the farmhouse, permitting either a T or both L ground plans.
It can also be used to make the present front a back by covering the existing porch, thus allowing a different porch to be added to the other face.
Blender/FBX/PBR low-poly asset.433 polys, so no LOD required.
