Scottish Buildings Series Churches and Kirks St James' Broughty Ferry
Very much an urban church, St James' stands directly on the pavement at a street corner on the sea-front of this select wee town just outside Dundee, facing the Lifeboat Station, for which it is the official place of worship. It would suit almost any UK town location. since even in areas where brick is the norm, stone has often been the medium of choice for ecclesiastic and academic establishments.
The asset is normal-mapped and has Nightmode, the stained glass having been 'borrowed' from my pictures of a completely different building!
