Ben Neal's standard Baldwin 2-10-0, based on Great Western 90. Locomotives of this type were used by shortlines and class ones in the southeastern US. It can be relettered by following instructions in the readme and the website you downloaded it from. Updated to TS12 specifications by Bill69 with permission.
