Small platform car for works on the railway tracks, for metric gauge. It is a scenery object. Version 2 with wheels with spokes.
In this update to kuid2 the following changes have been made:
-Textures have been retouched and normal maps added.
-The original username has been changed.
-A new mesh has been made.
