Reskin of Paul Hobbs RCH 1923 7 plank open wagon to create BR grey version for these wagons from 1948 to early 60s when most were scrapped. This one a former private owner 7 plank wagon with side, end and bottom doors.

Version 2: fixed LOD issue.
