This is a passenger-enabled turn of the century (TOTC = 1900 to 1910) 80 ft
wood observation car with arched windows. The generic lettering text, size, and color can be changed by
manipulating the values in the effects section of the config file mesh table for each entry. See TCC
Guide for details. Letter for your favorite road. This uses Marlboros clerestory roof parts and
Magiclands 6-wheel passenger bogeys. Many thanks to you both for letting me use them. Updated to build 2.9 by Irving.
