Built in 1904 this pair of now abandoned bridges once carried the tracks of the D&H Penn
Division over Starrucca creek near Lanesboro, PA. Originally constructed as a pair of through truss bridges
(one with very low clearence), by 1982 one span had been replaced by a through plate girder and the low
clearence truss was no longer in use its assocuated track having also been removed. Approximately 150 ft in
length with concrete abutments the spans sit about 15 ft above the water. Made by request for the D&H route
being developed by ModelerMJ.
