Same as bridge 32 except normally closed (by request). This will open at the
approach of a boat that has been setup as a locomotive running on invisible
track in the water. You must run invisible track across the actual bridge and
the rali and ties only track of your choice over the end bulkheads. The track
you see on the main span is not real. If I had included track on the bridge it
would open when a train tries to cross it. A train on the invisible tracks
crossing the bridge will not stop when the bridge opens unless you add some
markers, rules, etc.
