This 20 ft long girder bridge is located at the likely site of the 1873 bridge #5.
It is reported that at some point it was converted to a box culvert. The bridge was
undamaged by the flood of 1889. The bridge was renumbered #4 by 1917. The curent
deck steel girder bridge was built around 1980 out of reused girders to replace the
box culvert. It is the shortest bridge on the line and is still maintained. The
letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the
effects section of the config files mesh table. It can be eliminated by:
1. replacing the text with blanks.
2. Placing the quotation marks next to each other.
3. Eliminating the effects section of the config files mesh table. It could be put
back if you change your mind as the attachment points would still be in the mesh.
