This is based on the Yosemite Valley Railroads Maintainence of Way Car 04 which
was a flatcar and apparently was built from one of the YVRR's 30 ft flatcars. The hooks on the sides
are for carrying cables and pipes. There is a tool box on the deck. This has a load attachment point
(a.load0) half way between the tool box and the end of the car for those who would like to add the
necessary code to the config file to make it carry something.
