This 4-lane highway bridge is based on the first of two cantilevered truss spans over the
Mississippi River in New Orleans, LA. It opened in 1958 carying US-90 (Business) and was originally 2 lanes
in each direction. After a second bridge was built in 1988 it was converted to all 4-lanes in the eastern
direction although due to the winding of the Mississippi its actually oriented north and south where it
crosses. I have not provided ebd bulkheads since in the real world the road diverges into all sorts of on
ramps, off ramps, overpasses, underpasses, etc. plus this is far more likely to be used as a scenery object
in the background then an active bridge. NOTE: This bridge is symetrical but I can't get TRS2004 to show it
all at the same time.
