This is the main part of an industry-interactive coal fired municipal power plant with coal delivery on one side and ash removal on the other,
The building itself is not industry interactive. The item must be assembled in Surveyor. There are 3 sets of industry interactive trestles designed to be used with
this item (but unlike Power Company 1, not all combinations work):
Set 1 - - - with a a small arch bridge.

Set 2 - - - no bridge.

Set 3 - - - with a 100 ft thru plate girder.

Left and right handed refers to the trestles curvature, not which side of the building it goes on. To trigger coal delivery, place the center of the car in the
center of the unloading grate in the building. To trigger ash removal, place the center of the car under the chute. The arch bridges are high enough for a
road but not a track. The bottom of the thru plate girders are 10 ft 6 in above the ground. The ground should slope upward from the end of the trestles
closest to the building toward the truck platform side. Trestle radius is 100 ft and the coal unloading grate is quite short so this is limited to 40 ft hopper
cars. A gondola would probably be used for ash removal. I have been unable to locate an ash product so the ash removal side is currently set up for coal.
Change the product in the config file for the ash trestles to whatever you think most closely resembles ashes (until some kind soul makes an ashes product).
The ash removal trestles can stand alone (and be used elsewhere). The coal delivery trestles can not unless you make a building to go under the unsupported
track. All trestles have the track attachment points Z axis = 14 ft 6 in.
