An invisible level crossing controller, which can be used to control
road traffic independently of a visible level crossing
(See http://www.d-j-whiley.freeserve.co.uk/trainz/tutorials/ for instructions).
Use in conjunction with the level crossing controller KUID 209453:99990
to stop cars driving through a crossing before it has opened.
