Acts as a distant signal showing caution aspect for Left divergent route. Behaves like USA Signal L03 - does not show STOP aspect!

Possible aspects are:
Yellow over Yellow = CAUTION (Obstruction beyond signal or next signal is red)
Green over Green = PROCEED
Green over Yellow = PROCEED DIVERGING

This version has updated colors and configurations.
Sound bites are from an actual Style-B semaphore in operation.
