Plate Gider Bridge spline for placement below track - creates the illusion of a bridge while not mandating the track used.

This is a derivitive work based on the original 'Plate Girder Bridge, bendy' by Madeline Usher.

It uses a modified version of one of the textures made by jjslll54 for his 'Girder_Bridge' (kuid:46819:38187).
