LLSR 4-8-0 no. 12 tender. Built by Hudswell Clarke & Co. in 1905 and used primarily on the Letterkenny and Burtonport Extension Railway until being scrapped in 1954. No 12 and her sister, no 11, were the first locomotives in Ireland to have eight-coupled wheels and were the only tender engines to run on the country's narrow gauge railways. She received overhauls and repairs in 1923, 1926 and 1928 and reboilered in 1925. No. 12 received replacement parts from no. 11 during the 1930s. She remained working the Burtonport line until its closure, hauling the demolition train and was then stored in Letterkenny shed until being sold for scrap.
