Today you`ll be driving the Scotsman. The good news is that she has a tender full of water and coal. The bad news is that the diesel shunter has failed so you`ll have to shunt the coaches yourself.

Then take Flying Scotsman out for a run to get used to the cab controls, taking a set of coaches out on the road.

When you have been passed out as a driver you can run a regular passenger service. Stop at all stations and obey the signals. Keep out of the way of a demonstration freight that is running today. You may have to stop the freight to pass single line sections. Change back points after you`ve passed junctions to prevent derailments.

Keep running and figure out the coal and water physics...
