Ex DPR Observation Dome Car This is the end car for the Commuter Train It's only open to passengers holding a pass that alows them entrey into this car wich is for long trips ( dragon City To Eathen City ) The car is open at the rear for passengers enjoymet. The car is setted for 46 passengers. This car was taken over by DCI ( Dragon Coastal International )wich has taken over all DPR passengers servers

Part of the New Tane DCI Set replacement for the old set.

This is Freewere, repaint with out permission add the folloing to your description: Original meshes & textures courtesy of dragonharh Original Skin done by hert.
